With reference to Your Lordship's Despatch

No. 171 of the 9th April, 1919, have the honour to forward

herewith for inclusion in *The Empire at War" the following supplementary data:-

(a). Supplementary Memoranda on War Legislation,

Liquidation of Enemy Firme, Prize Court and

Sheltering Cargo by the Attomey-General and

Crown Solicitor.

(b). Amended Report by the Treasurer on Money

matters.

(c). Further report on Propaganda by the Honorary

Secretary of the Committee.

(d). Amended return from the Honorary Secretary of

the War Charities Committee.

I should be glad to know whether Sir

Charles Lucas wishes to have an account of the Peace Celebra-

-tions which were carried out in this Colony and whether cut-

-tings from the press would suffice for this purpose.
